At Smash Fitness we offer top customer service to our members, as well as personal training and nutritional support for our clients to help them achieve their goals.
Position Available: Front desk associate/ sales associate. This is part-time position and includes a mixture of days, evenings and weekends.
Job Description: Duties for this position include greeting members, ensuring all members have an up-to-date membership, selling memberships, answering the phone, assisting customers with products/supplements or any other questions, and helping to keep the gym clean and tidy! Please note that this position does include cleaning and lifting. Applicant must be enthusiastic, mature, responsible, hardworking and must possess strong sales skills, computer skills, good communication and offer exceptional customer service. A passion for a healthy lifestyle is a definite must! Experience in the fitness industry is not necessary, we just ask that you are willing to learn!
Compensation and Benefits: Base Pay rate is $15 to start or more (depending on experience) + plus commission. Most of our staff members average around $17-18/hr with their commissions. By joining our team, you will receive a free gym membership and staff discount.
Hours are:
Monday: 12:00PM-8:00PM
Tuesday: 12:00PM-8:00PM
Wednesday: 3:00PM-11:30PM
Thursday: OFF
Friday: 11:30AM-5:30PM
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: OFF
This is a part-time position that includes afternoons, evenings and could include weekends.
