Our team is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Data Entry and Administrative Assistant. In this role, you’ll play a key part in streamlining our operations, all from the comfort of your chosen work environment. You’ll lend your expertise in a variety of tasks to support our dynamic team, helping us maintain our commitment to excellence and efficiency.

What You’ll DoOffer comprehensive administrative support to our management and team, ensuring our operations run without a hitch, no matter where you are.

Take charge of scheduling, managing calendars, and coordinating travel plans to keep our team aligned and on track.

Serve as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and other forms of communication, providing timely and thoughtful responses to inquiries and requests.

Craft, revise, and manage documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring our team has the resources they need to succeed.

Keep our digital workspace organized by maintaining electronic files and records for easy access and accuracy.

Contribute to our online presence by assisting with research, data management, and any other assigned online tasks.

Organize and support the execution of virtual meetings, webinars, and events, fostering collaboration and innovation across our team.

Play a pivotal role in managing and customizing applications for our development team, including the creation of employee development plans and overseeing key system customizations.

Ensure a seamless development process by integrating service desk functions with the software development lifecycle and implementing platform-specific development guidelines.

Who You AreYou possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent, paired with a track record of success in a virtual assistant or similar role.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with online collaboration tools, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a digital-first environment.

Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build relationships and collaborate effectively with teammates and stakeholders alike.

Organizational and time management skills are your strong suits; you can juggle multiple priorities with ease and work independently to meet deadlines.

You are adaptable and proactive, always ready to tackle new challenges and contribute to the team’s success.
