Title company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work with and provide support to attorneys and staff in a fast paced work environment. We are looking for an individual who is skilled at multi-tasking, has a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. You must be able to provide polite and professional help via telephone and email to clients, and be attentive to detail and accuracy.
Applicants should be comfortable with and skilled in Microsoft Office as well as general computer usage. If you can meet challenges directly you will have opportunities for advancement.
No experience necessary, however experience in the title industry is a plus. Clean background check is required.
Hours are 8:30 to 5:00, Monday to Friday.
Starting pay between $15 and $18 per hour. Pay increases are earned by developing proficiency in the position. Experienced title professionals may be offered a salaried position.
Responsibilities
Answer, direct, and return phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Manage and prioritize incoming email, and respond politely and professionally
Calling and emailing clients and agents
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact and liaise with clients
Skills
Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School degree; college degree or additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
