We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. Duties:
Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to information.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, utilizing various office software applications.
Support office management by ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Experience
Previous experience in an office environment or as a front desk clerk is preferred.
Proficiency in Mac computers, numbers, etc.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize daily responsibilities effectively.
Experience in customer service roles is highly valued, showcasing your ability to interact positively with clients.
