Responsibilities
Input and update data into various databases and systems with precision.
Perform order entry tasks to ensure timely processing of customer requests.
Maintain organized files and records for easy retrieval of information.
Utilize Excel for data management, including creating and managing pivot tables.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all platforms.
Assist in the development of efficient data entry processes and procedures.
Conduct regular audits of data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with experience in pivot tables.
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
