Position Description:
PCX is actively seeking an accounting clerk/office assistant to provide administrative and financial support to our company and continue the improvement process. This position requires a good working knowledge of business practices, the ability to use a computer and the applicable software, and an understanding of analyzing and processing data. The ability to work well with office and field personnel is expected, and communication with vendors, subcontractors, and customers professionally and courteously is essential.

Primary Responsibilities
· Support accounting and operations by processing accounts payable invoices from suppliers, subcontractors, and other vendors in an accurate and timely manner
· Manage credit card purchasing and card transactions
· Prepare, collect, and monitor all appropriate lien waivers necessary for the release of payments
· Maintain billing records and documentation in an organized manner
· Address billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing information
· Assist with billing-related reporting and analysis as needed
· Verify billing information and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

· Proven work experience as an accounts payable specialist

· A demonstrated ability to work with all levels of company leadership and provide relevant, insightful information to drive decisions collaboratively.

Pay: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour
