BTH Jewelers in Brookhaven, GA is looking for one admin assistant to join our team. We are located on 4360 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working. Customer service experience is required. Jewelry store work experience is desired. Hours are Tuesday through Friday 10:00am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays 10:00am to 1:00pm, (closed Sundays and Mondays). Part time is OK.
Responsibilities
*Field telephone calls *Receive and direct visitors *Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars *Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials *Maintain an organized filing system *Conduct internet research *Place orders for office equipment or business needs *Enter data into reports as needed *Create email and postal mail campaigns
Qualifications
*Exceptional attention to detail *Ability to organize and create orderly systems *Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, google docs, powerpoint, and social media marketing

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Mondays. Compensation is $18.00 – $20.00/hour.
