LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Ocala, FL. This hybrid position will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, inputting data into systems, and supporting the sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Management

Accurately input and update customer information, leads, and sales data into the system.

Maintain and organize large amounts of data, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.

Support Sales & Marketing Teams

Assist in organizing sales and marketing materials.

Help with the preparation of reports and documents.

Data Quality & Reporting

Ensure data is up-to-date and accurate across multiple platforms, including Salesforce.

Assist in generating and compiling reports for team use.

General Administrative Support

Perform data-related tasks for various internal teams as needed.

Respond to requests for information or reports from team members.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

1-2 years of experience in data entry or similar roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
