Description:
– Good command in English both written and spoken.– Strong
communication
and organizational skills and meticulous attention to details.

able to work effectively under pressure with less or no supervision.– Strong analytical and common sense.– Knowledge in MS excel is a must.– Knowledge in JAFZA documentations
Job Responsibilities:
– Provide all support services to the logistics department.– To assist with the implementation done manually on excel format.– To assist with the Purchase order done manually on excel format.– To assist with entering Sales Order in SAP system; to ensure the accuracy of the data being entered are correct.– To assist with checking on customer Purchase Order versus Proforma invoice entered into SAP system.–
To assist with the checking of available Stock on Hand.– To assist with the e-commerce platform (AMAZON) orders and discrepancies.– Filing, sorting, maintain and monitor records. scan documents and print files when needed.– Other duties assigned from time to time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
