ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive mail and/or packages daily, place date stamp and distribute the mail and/or packages to relevant departments; then scan the documents and email in case relevant department employees are not working out of corporate office/service center
Visit old corporate office location (Kearny Mesa) for 3 days in a week to check mail and/or packages received at the location (3760 Convoy Street, San Diego) ; repeat the workflow outlined on point #1

o There are three (3) different locations within Kearny Mesa address ( Suite #100 , Suite #101, and Mail boxes related to both the suites)

Pick up the mail at 13520 Evening Creek location mailboxes; follow the workflow outlined on point #1
Visit USPS / Fed Ex as needed to deliver the mail and/or packages and obtain drop off receipt copies as needed
Receive Subpoena’s, if received; date stamp with the date received and distribute to relevant department
Request and refill stationery as needed by the employees working out of the office; kitchen/breakroom restocking as necessary

Bilingual English/Spanish fluency preferred

EQUIPMENT AND APPLICATIONS

Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
Proficient computer and phone skills
Working knowledge of all standard office equipment.
Experience working in electronic health records, preferably Raintree Systems.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Preferred: Two (2) years of customer service experience.

TRAVEL

Travel to offices, clinics, delivery carriers, and other locations as necessary
This position requires local travel

POSITION TYPE/ EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This is a part-time non-exempt position
Days of work are Monday through Friday in the clinic. Some evenings required
This is an onsite position with travel office, clinic, delivery carriers, and other locations as necessary

EDUCATION

Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may lift up to 10 pounds. The employee may drive for periods of time, including all weather and light conditions.
