We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part TimeData Entry Specialist to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within Hub Spot CRM to support our sales team.
What You Will Do
Accurately input and update customer and business data into Hub Spot CRM
Verify, correct, and maintain database integrity and accuracy
Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval and reporting
Identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive business information
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of Hub Spot CRM or willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Additional Information
This role pays $20/hr this is a part-time, remote position that will require a 20 hour work week.
