Data Entry Specialist & Proposal Builder Position:
The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is critical. The Sales Team will rely on you for having accurate and updated data.
The Data Entry Specialist and Proposal Builder role is a vital position to the success of LIME’s national expansion efforts. This position requires someone with anit-factorwho can create an infectious culture of positivity and energy. As a data specialist, your primary remit will be to the Sales & Leadership teams, and franchise owners.
As a Sales focused support role, this position requires impeccable time management, critical thinking, and the ability to problem solve to foster innovation and execution. Salespeople will be depending on you for proposal creation purposes.

Compensation & Benefits:
·This position pays $14.00 per hour. You will have the ability to earn an additional $3.50 per hour (to $17.50), based on a score model incorporating a weighted scale for inputs, CSAT, and attendance / punctuality.

· 5 days per week 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Position Highlights:
This is a mostly remote Position – Requires initiative, time management skills, and the ability to fulfill time sensitive deliverables to the Sales team even though working from home.
· Enter Job information into a system to facilitate the proposal process between LIME and it’s customers.
· Perform day to day operational administrative duties related to supporting the Sales staff, Franchise owners, and the LIME leadership team.

· Savvy with data entry (established track record)
***Must have an appropriately working computer, with updated and patched Operating System and using software for the very latest Anti-Virus definitions. Chrome Books WILL NOT WORK for this position, a laptop or desktop computer is necessary. ***
