Full Job Description
Job Overview:
This is a hybrid position. Part of the week, you will be responsible for entering data, organizing records, billing customers, and backup sales rep in our showroom along with answering phone calls. The other part of the week, you will be going to businesses, schools, and other organizations selling our product. During those times, you will get a base salary and collect commissions on your sales.
Duties:
– Input and update data with precision and speed
– Perform clerical tasks such as filing, transcribing, and photocopying
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed
– Type documents, reports, and correspondence accurately
– Utilize Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, including pivot tables
– Assist in data collection and organization
-Assist our in-house sales representative whether helping customers in person, through email or taking phone calls
Skills:
– Proficient in data entry and database management
– Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
– Ability to transcribe information accurately
– Familiarity with administrative tasks
– Typing proficiency with high accuracy
– Knowledge of pivot tables in Excel
– Experience in data collection and organization
– Excellent organizational skills
