Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Specialist (Entry-Level) to join our team. This role primarily focuses on organizing and analyzing data generated from the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse. You will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations through accurate data tracking and reporting. This is an entry-level position, ideal for candidates looking to grow within the logistics or data operations field. The working hours are from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, so candidates must be comfortable working late shifts.
Responsibilities:
Collect, organize, and analyze data related to inbound and outbound shipments.
Maintain accurate inventory movement records using warehouse systems and Excel.
Generate regular reports to support operational decision-making.
Assist in identifying trends, discrepancies, or inefficiencies in warehouse processes based on data analysis.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure real-time data updates and system accuracy.
Support basic warehouse operations when needed, including sorting and stock checks.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Fluency in Chinese is required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Basic understanding of warehouse or logistics operations is a plus.
Strong data entry and analysis skills; proficiency with Excel or other spreadsheet tools.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically active environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to work the late shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
