Excellence Driving School LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Staff Member in Tampa, FL. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $14 to $17 per hour.
**Job Overview:**
As an Admin Staff Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our driving school. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the office.
**Responsibilities:**
Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner
Greeting and assisting students and visitors
Managing scheduling and appointments for driving lessons
Maintaining accurate records and files
Assisting with billing and payment processing
Performing general office duties such as filing, copying, and data entry
**Requirements:**
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Previous administrative experience is a plus
