Required :
Bachelor Degree with major in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
Skill Requirements :
The ability to effectively multi-task, communicate with various audiences, work with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and understand financial statements after training.
Responsibilities :
Assist the Dealer Credit department with various tasks as needed, including communicating with the dealers to obtain information and entering financial statements in Moody’s Credit Lens.
Create and update reports, assist with mapping work processes, and create work instructions for credit processes.
Follow up with dealers for payment of AOPs, Wholesale and Cap Loan charges, and pledge line payments.
Follow up with dealers for missing financial statements and contingencies of credit approvals.
Update exposure reports monthly.
Assist with submission of legal document changes and audit legal documents for missing items.
Enter financial statements in the financial spreading system (Credit Lens).
Compile and distribute reports and invoices to dealers and management regularly.
Update Dealer Credit systems with information such as review dates, contacts, and credit line details.
Compile legal document binders and save electronic copies to the imaging system.
Create PowerPoint presentations for huddles and credit files.
Assist with monthly monitoring of dealer performance and compliance with contractual requirements.
