Premier Small Cell Inc is hiring for a Construction Administrative Assistant
· Strong administrative skills with a high attention to detail
· Strong Excel skills
· Notifying/Corresponding via email and phone
· Assisting Project Managers with every aspect of their projects (pre-contract and post-contract)
· Process construction drawings and files
· Creating Vendor Packets
· Submittal packages
· Performs other administrative support tasks as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Experience:
Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
