Minimum requirements:
Looking for a Debtors Clerk to work in the accounting department.

To manage reconcile and keep records of customers’ accounts.

Their primary job is to reconcile accounts against the customers remittance, keep records of all amounts owed by customers and amounts paid reconciling in detail.

Besides a full debtors function, they will also be required to communicate with customers, telephonically and via email

The following Experience would be helpful: –

Working with Chain Stores, understating the FMCG environment

Accounting packaging – Sage Evolution

Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Mail.

Role would entail: –

Reconcile accounts against customers remittance

Managing PODs of Debtors which Includes

Failed deliveries reports (daily orders / invoices)

Admin problem POD’s (Investigations)

Query accounts.

Debtors Claim.

Understanding credits notes.

Authorise returns

Collections arrangements.
