Job Description

Full credit control and drawing office admin function.

Accurate maintenance of the customer and supplier master file.

Processing of invoices and credit notes.

Collection and accurate allocation of payments.

Resolving customer queries.

Receiving, registering, scanning, and copying of drawings.

Issuing of excavation permits.

Carry out SHE tasks when required.

Comply with Safety, Health and Environmental standards.

Capturing of general ledger journals.

Minute taking.

Administration of EMPRO including JPC.

Qualifications & Experience

Matric / Grade 12.

Experience in Credit Control and in a financial environment.

Accounts receivable qualification would be an advantage.

Drawing Office Admin would be added advantage.

Computer literate with Excel.

MDA, Opsuite and CAD experience would be an advantage.
