About the role and practice
We have an opportunity for a Decontamination Assistant to join our Lander Dentistry practice in Truro.
No previous dental experience is needed for this role. Working in a friendly and professional environment, you’ll work collaboratively with the practice team to support the decontamination, sterilisation, packaging and storage of dental instruments for use within the practice.
Part Time
Hours:
3 days out of 5 (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday)
Full Training provided – no experience necessary, although an interest in the dental/healthcare industry is advantageous
About you
We welcome your application to our Decontamination Assistant vacancy if you have the following skills and qualifications:
Enjoy working in a methodical, process-led way, and comfortable to work alone as well as part of a team
Keen to learn how to perform sterilisation processes, as well as all relevant health and safety guidelines
Previous experience in a similar clinical setting is helpful, but not vital.
