Qualifications:
Must be 21 yrs of age or older
Must have a valid CDL A License
Medical Requirements: whisper test, physical, visual acuity, drug test, functional capacity, physical agility test. Corrective lenses & hearing aids (where applicable per state) on CDL needs to reflect and match on physical
No suspension in the past 12 months related to moving violations
No major preventable accidents within the last 5 years
No more than 3 preventable accidents in a Commercial Motor Vehicle in the past 3 years
No illegal use of a controlled substance w/in the past 120 days
No open container violations w/in the last 5 years
No DUI/DWI w/in past 5 years. None in a Commercial Vehicle EVER
No failed or refused drug tests with a past employer that required a CDL
A failed drug screen in a non-driving position w/in the last 5 years must documentation of a completed Federally Approved Substance Abuse Program. Program must be over 1 year to be eligible.
