Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth workflow and providing support to both staff and clients.
Duties
Manage office operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Oversee calendar management for patient appointments.
Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries
Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to important documents.
Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
Coordinate treatment needs with patients and their dental insurance.
Experience
Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using office software and phone systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative in problem-solving.
