As an Executive Assistant you’ll be the backbone of our business, managing multiple tasks at once and keeping us all on track. You’ll need to be an expert in time management, teamwork, attention to detail, project management, and have a passion for diversity and inclusion all while keeping your cool under pressure. You will be a key member of our team, responsible for keeping our schedule on track, our clients happy, and our business running like a well-oiled machine. Additionally, a portion of your time will be directly with our owner as a personal assistant. This is a hybrid position, where some tasks can be managed remotely and others will need to be completed onsite.

Spectacular written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Multitasking and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to adapt to meet the needs of a small business, we wear a lot of hats
Equal ability to receive feedback and adjust accordingly to co-create the best processes for the company
Taking charge of your area of expertise, while operating within company guidelines and procedures
Giving clear and direct feedback in a productive manner
Being positive and proactive, solutions focused
Providing excellent customer service to team member, providers, and customers
Strong ability to negotiate tough conversations (ie: payment collection) while also maintaining positive relations between all parties
Tech savvy with a desire for efficiencies without impacting quality

Manage vendors
Prepare and operate team meetings
Oversee project completion meets deadlines
Software Administration
Assigning and maintaining company equipment
Run Errands
Projects are being completed in line with company objectives
Break down boxes
Other duties as assigned

Non-Negotiables

Must enjoy kids and have the ability to work around and potentially assist with kids periodically (we are a family business)
Must have a valid and current driver’s license
Must have reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $47,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
