Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized Department Administrative Support professional to provide administrative and operational support to internal business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Maintain departmental records and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and team events.
- Support procurement and onboarding activities.
- Handle internal communication and administrative requests.
- Assist with expense management and invoice processing.
Required Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- 2–5 years of administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Experience supporting senior management.
