The CSC Office Manager is the face of our Richmond headquarters and plays a central role in
shaping the day-to-day employee and guest experience. With a service-first mindset, this
role manages front desk operations, facilitates a well-functioning and welcoming environment, facilitates vendor and facilities management, supports team engagement and
some HR processes, and ensures operational excellence across all aspects of the workplace.
We are seeking someone who brings warmth, energy, a heart for service, and the ability to
create a polished and professional experience for all who walk through our doors. This
person helps fuel our hardworking team, celebrates milestones, supports onboarding, and
ensures that CSC’s culture is alive and well every day.

Requirements:
Front Desk & Hospitality
Greet visitors warmly, providing a professional and friendly first impression.
Answer / forward messaging from Answering service. Direct with accuracy and
professionalism.
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs and issue guest badges in accordance with security procedures.
Office Management & Employee Engagement
Monitor and maintain office supply inventory; order and restock as necessary.
Ensure conference rooms, common areas, and the on-site gym are clean, organized,
and fully functional.
Stock and maintain the breakroom (snacks, beverages, supplies) for team use.
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, cleaning services, and other vendor
activities.
Plan and execute employee milestone celebrations including birthdays, work
anniversaries, special recognition events and client highlights.
Organize office-wide events, team-building activities, company meetings, and holiday
celebrations that foster culture and engagement.
HR Support & Onboarding/Offboarding
Coordinate tactical onboarding for new hires: prepare workstations, issue equipment,
and provide welcome materials and swag.
Facilitate office tours and serve as the first point of contact for new employees.
Ensure IT and facility access is granted and removed appropriately for onboarding
and offboarding.
Maintain employee directories, SharePoint site, office seating charts, and contact
lists.
Administrative & Notary Services
Serve as the company’s Notary Public and provide document notarization as
required.
Provide general administrative support: filing, document management, data entry,
and special project support.
Assist leadership and human capital team with administrative tasks and coordination.
Additional Responsibilities
Serve as liaison between building/property management and internal teams.
Support minor facilities budgeting, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
Oversee safety protocols, first aid kits, and emergency supplies.
Champion initiatives that support wellness and company-wide communications.
