SKILLS REQUIRED
Exp. with End User Computing Devices (Laptop and Desktop VDI)
Should have experience in Active Directory and desktop engineering
Experience on VMware and VDI troubleshooting
Experience in troubleshooting hardware issues for both desktops and laptops
Experience on resolving customer issues related to the infrastructure
Exp. in supporting network connectivity| PCs| and VPN connectivity
Experience on Remote Desktop Client and Software
