Do you excel at customer service? Interested in using your talent where it makes a real difference? PioneerCare Center seeks a part-time receptionist to serve as our guests’ first impression and as the information center for residents, visitors, and staff – in person, by phone, and via email. The receptionist also performs general office duties and coordinates transportation needs for care center residents. Front desk hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. This position would be up to 30 hours per week.

Applicants must have a high school degree and 2 year business and/or marketing degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service or an office setting is preferred.

The selected candidate will demonstrate active listening, customer service, and positive communication skills with a variety of people. A high degree of accuracy while prioritizing duties is imperative. To succeed, the receptionist must be accepting of frequent interruptions, possess strong skills with office computers, multi-line telephone, and general office equipment; be organized; practice good communication skills.
