We are looking for a Digital Administrative Assistant to support our operations, client communication, and CRM workflows. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced with GoHighLevel (GHL).
You will play a key role in managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining CRM systems, and ensuring smooth communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain GoHighLevel CRM (contacts, pipelines, tagging, updates)
- Build and optimize automations, workflows, and triggers inside GHL
- Set up and manage funnels, landing pages, and forms
- Handle inbound/outbound phone communication with clients and leads
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Monitor conversations (SMS, email, calls) and ensure timely follow-ups
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and general administrative tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel (CRM, workflows, automation)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing systems (funnels, lead generation, pipelines)
- Comfortable handling phone calls and client communication in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and working setup
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools like Zapier, Google Workspace, Slack
- Background in marketing agencies or lead generation businesses
- Experience handling customer support or sales calls
