Position works with libraries across the state to identify community needs as they relate to digital skills. Hires and manages staff to work in and with identified libraries. Key Responsibilities: Creates and manage project plans and timelines for program activities. Evaluates resources for project use. Oversee the development of learning objects to meet identified community needs. Ensures compliance with applicable regulations concerning expenditures.Hires and supervises digital skills trainers to work with libraries across North Carolina.Assesses program performance by tracking activities, outputs, and outcomes. Participates in statewide digital navigation community initiatives.The Administration Section of the State Library of North Carolina (SLNC) is responsible for the management of the State Library, including the provision of administrative, budgetary, communications, and personnel services to State Library staff in support of State Library programs to external constituencies.The State Library of North Carolina (SLNC) provides exceptional library service and exceptional service to libraries, helping North Carolinians live more abundant and purposeful lives.
