Position Overview:
The Director of Administration will be responsible for overseeing all operational and HR tasks within the company. Key Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

HR Management:

Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.

Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and best practices.

Serve as a resource for employees on HR-related matters and provide guidance and support as needed.

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of administrative and HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their professional growth and development.

Cultivate a collaborative and supportive team environment where employees feel empowered to contribute their best work.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support the company’s goals and objectives.

Provide insights and recommendations on organizational structure, staffing levels, and resource allocation to support growth and scalability.

Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management, HR management, or a related field, with 3 years of experience in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Proven track record of effectively managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement creative solutions to complex problems.
