The Admin Director leads and oversees all group-wide administration functions, ensuring effective workforce support and infrastructure for over 50,000 employees. This role requires extensive experience within the construction sector to successfully manage large-scale facilities, regulatory compliance, and support services that ensure operational readiness and efficient project mobilization.
Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Group CEO
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Infrastructure: Oversee shared services including facilities management, transportation, insurance, and the acquisition/leasing of camps, yards, land, and officies
Workforce Support & Welfare: Manage labor accommodations, camp operations, employee welfare programs, and retention initiatives
Immigration & Government Relations: Lead PRO functions, visa processing, labor documentation, and regulatory compliance with government authorities
Strategy & Governance: Develop administrative policies, governance frameworks, and KPIs to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Data & Planning: Monitor attendance, labor turnover, and occupancy; advise senior leadership on infrastructure and capacity planning
Team Leadership: Direct a large, multi-location administration team aligned with group strategic objectives
