Qualification and Performance
Skills:
Life, Accident and Health License, required or willing to obtain within 6 months of employment
Investment Licensing, required or willing to obtain within 1 year of employment
Excellent oral and written
communication skills

Ability to
manage multiple
diverse
projects and assignments in a timely manner
Strong

with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
Confirm appointments and reschedule cancelled meetings
Complete, submit and monitor insurance applications
Para-planning duties, including entering information for analysis and helping generate financial plans for review by Wealth Management Advisor.
Handle customer service requests and phone calls
Maintain lists for e-newsletters
Schedule follow up review meetings, with existing clients
Manage multiple spreadsheets of data and prepare updates weekly
Assemble materials for presentations
Follow up on all action items
Facilitate various aspects of insurance/investment operations for the practice
Monitor daily status report; expedite any additional underwriting requirements
Handle incoming investment/insurance requests
Process checks, transfers, and all trades
Case prep all materials for client meetings and annual reviewsby  #J-18808-Ljbffr
