We're Hiring: Director of Operations — The Dog Club Group, Bali
The Dog Club Group is looking for an exceptional Director of Operations to join our leadership team.
Over the past seven years, we've built Bali's leading premium dog care group — daycare, boarding, grooming, fresh food production (Dog Kitchen), and community experiences across o four branches island-wide. We take dog welfare seriously, we invest in our people, and we're building something that lasts.
We're now looking for the person who keeps it all running.
What the role involves:
→ Leading daily operations across four branches (Umalas, Berawa, Seseh, Ungasan)
→ Driving CRM and SOP implementation across the group
→ Managing a central team of specialists — welfare, customer experience, HR, finance
→ Accountability for facilities, service standards, and operational systems
→ Reporting directly to the founder
What we're looking for:
→ 5–8 years in service operations management — hospitality, F&B, or similar environments welcome
→ Track record of implementing and running operational systems in a multi-unit setting
→ Strong people leader, comfortable managing a diverse team across locations
→ Values-driven — genuine care for quality, dogs and for people is non-negotiable here
