Job Description
ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatch Assistant to support daily dispatch operations. This role plays a key part in coordinating schedules, communicating with drivers or field s, and ensuring that all operations run efficiently and on time. .
Responsibilities
- Assist in scheduling and dispatching drivers, technicians, or field staff
- Monitor daily routes and ensure timely completion of assignments
- Communicate with team members to provide updates, instructions, and support
- Track shipments, deliveries, or service calls and update system records
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding status and scheduling
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation
Skills Required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
