Job Overview

Pacific Power Solutions LLC is seeking a highly organized Dispatch Coordinator to support our growing field service team. In this critical role, you will manage technician schedules, handle dispatch logistics, and ensure seamless project coordination. You’ll work closely with the dispatch team, receiving one-on-one training before stepping into an independent role.

We are looking for fast learners, self-starters, and individuals eager to grow within the rapidly expanding renewables industry. If you have experience with dispatching, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office 365, and Quick Books Online-or the ability to learn quickly-this could be the perfect role for you.

Manage daily scheduling and dispatching of field service technicians

Enter and update client/site information in CRM dispatch and reporting platforms

Check in and check out technicians to track job progress and update clients

Verify employee clock-ins/outs match assigned work orders and company vehicle travel times

Coordinate with clients directly to schedule service calls and projects

Utilize Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) and cloud-based platforms

Assist with timecard tracking, project expense management, and client invoicing

Manage shipment pick-ups and drop-offs for project-related materials

Support management with project coordination and execution

What We’re Looking For

1+ years of experience in dispatching, customer relations, or a related field

Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (preferred)

Familiarity with Quick Books Online and TSheets (a plus)

Detail-oriented and passionate about supporting clients with efficiency

Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation
