– Coordinate and schedule transportation services for efficient dispatch operations.
– Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
– Monitor fleet activities, including tracking vehicle locations and ensuring on-time arrivals.
– Use Altas to optimize routes and enhance delivery efficiency.
– Collaborate with customer’s logistics providers (3PL) to coordinate shipments.

– Strong communication skills to effectively interact with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
– Knowledge of Fleet Management to monitor vehicle activities and ensure timely deliveries.
– Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for route optimization.
– Ability to type accurately and quickly for data entry tasks.
– Understanding of Supply Chain processes to streamline dispatch operations.
– Excellent phone etiquette for clear and professional communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 50 per week
