Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a Dispatcher/Customer Service/Data Entry professional to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service/appointment scheduling and ensuring accurate data entry for our HVAC in-home estimates.
All Candidates Must be Available for the follow Shifts:
Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
AND Saturday Required 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
“`Duties“`
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
– Manage and update multiple lead generation platforms and information in our system
– Coordinate and dispatch sales representatives on sales calls
– Answer incoming calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries or issues
-Must be able to work in fast paced environment
-Daily reporting to management

– Proficient in data entry with excellent typing skills
– Experience with dispatching and coordinating sales representatives preferred
– Familiarity with phone systems and handling customer calls
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
