Responsibilities
Ensure safety compliance and safe work practices
Perform data entry, document scanning, filing
Respond to customer inquiries and manage customer interactions
Support regulatory and revenue compliance issues
Train on new processes and systems
Monitor PO issues, support initiatives, assist with financial close
Travel within the region to assist branches
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
3+ years of general administrative experience
High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred
Experience with hazardous waste shipping/materials preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication and typing skills
