It Takes A Family, LLC is seeking an Administrative Manager/Coordinator to oversee the implementation of all administrative objectives. This role requires the ability to be hands-on, acting as the right hand of the upper management team in the support of the COO. It requires a strong focus and the facilitation of the Human Resource Role as well as the coordination of all administrative duties.

We are looking for a hardworking professional aligned to our core values to oversee all aspects of operations as directed by the COO. Duties include participation in strategic planning, staff recruitment and Human Resource development. In addition to staff relations, and ensuring the organization meets its goals by assisting the COO in leading teams, and managing respective operational teams.

Honesty, transparency, efficiency and the ability to problem solve are essential in the success of this position.

The ability to deliver results, ask the right questions and respectfully challenge the status quo while producing outcomes, goals and improvement of services is essential.

What You’ll Do:

All Human Resource related duties
Managing human resources tasks such as hiring, training, onboarding and maintaining workforce efficiency/retention
Manage Administrative staff and duties required for the success of the agency.
Assist Administrative staff and agency via strategic operations.
Developing strategic plans to ensure efficient operation and achievement of goals.
Leading marketing/outreach initiatives such as creating marketing materials and introducing new outreach campaigns to the market.
Conducting data analysis to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Crafting and implementing strategies and coordinating with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Compiling and maintaining employee records as well as dissemination of information regarding employee benefits.
Providing leadership and direction to teams, focusing them on critical priorities to achieve operational targets & KPIs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
