Role: Customer Experience & Administrative Coordinator

Position Overview: We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and personable Customer Experience & Administrative Coordinator to join our Silverton, OR team. You’ll be a key player in delivering outstanding solar experience — from final walk-throughs to behind-the-scenes coordination and marketing support. If you’re a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform Final Walkthroughs: Greet customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude, walk them through the functioning of their solar system, review the Owner’s Manual, and ensure all questions are answered thoroughly.
Collect 5Star Reviews: At the final walkthrough, request and gather 5star reviews from satisfied customers, ensuring we continue to showcase the positive experiences of our clients.
Generate Referrals: Encourage and gather customer referrals to help support the sales team’s growth and success.
Followup Communication: Contact customers a few days after their walkthrough to ensure their systems are working properly, address any ongoing concerns, and again ask for a 5star review.
Daily Task Management: Log daily activities and tasks, maintain communication with the team via CRM, and ensure that all project updates are shared promptly.
Weekly Reporting: Submit a weekly walkthrough report to the manager to track progress and provide insight on customer satisfaction.
Trade Show Support: Book and manage trade show scheduling, as well as set up and break down booths to effectively represent the company.
Marketing Material Coordination: Manage and communicate with the marketing team to ensure marketing materials are wellstocked and up to date.
Assist the Marketing Team: Provide support and other marketing requests to help grow the brand.
Event Planning Assistance: Help plan and coordinate company events, ensuring they align with our values and foster a positive atmosphere.
Office Support: Assist with general office management, such as inventorying supplies, to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
Required Qualifications:
Advanced computer skills especially with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of CRMs, Salesforce experience a plus
Demonstrated proficiency with technology and apps, especially those related to CRM and office tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Valid, clean driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and engaging tone.
A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
Must embody and uphold the company’s core values in all interactions.
