We are seeking a talented Office Coordinator to join our team and help us serve wonderful clients and caregivers.

Job Summary: This role involves helping our small office run smoothly, stay in compliance, and support our fantastic caregivers and clients. The ideal candidate will be multitalented, well organized, great with computers and new systems; quick to learn new skills and take on new challenges. All while being cheerful and enjoy serving others.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception: be first in line on our inbound phone system, able to politely and professionally handle service questions and care needs, routing them to the appropriate staff member, in a kind and patient manner.

Coordination: help keep the team on track by coordinating calendars, meetings, new caregiver training, new client acquisition, and various projects.

Compliance: help keep our systems and files for caregivers and clients organized and compliant with state and HIPAA requirements.

Support: learn multiple roles to help office staff with caregiver applications, client acquisition, service scheduling, and general office tasts. Be willing to learn our multiple systems and processes, always looking to improve and increase our ability to serve our seniors.

Qualifications

Clear and polite verbal and written communication a must.

Experience in caregiving/health services a plus.

Strong computer ability and willingness to learn new software and systems needed.

Proficient using Google Workspace (i.e. Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, etc.)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passionate about serving and improving the lives of clients through high quality care.

Complete caregiver training and fill shifts, if needed
