Document Administrator
Hybrid – San Francisco, CA (2days onsite/wk)
Requirement & Background:
Strong communication skillset, specifically when working with all levels of personnel, both within the Company and outside firms.
Ability to handle several requests and receipt of documents in various forms from various sources at the same time.
Work independently with minimal supervision, self-starter, ability to keep himself/herself busy and initiate projects.
Detail orientated
Comfort to read and identify basic information in commercial and legal documents, ability to understand legal terminology and legal entity organization,
Efficient in obtaining and return of signatures to requesting parties
Strength with inputting of metadata into SharePoint database.
