Job Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to join us as an Office Assistant. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing the daily rhythm of our office, proactively ensuring operational efficiency, and providing essential support to a variety of departments within our dynamic and fast-paced work setting.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications such as emails, calls and any method of communication assigned.
Maintain office policies and procedures.
Oversee administrative duties, assignments and allocate tasks accordingly assigned by office officials.
Knowledgeable experience with online systems like Google Workspace, email, zoom, etc.

Qualifications:

Must be able to maintain confidentiality of company matters.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Undergo background check
Undergo drug screening

Experience:

Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Strong organizational, efficiency and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities- Ability to conduct research and analyze data effectively.
Experience with analytics tools- Understanding of product management principles.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Certificate in Administrative Assistant (preferred)
One (1) year administrative assistant/receptionist required
Bilingual (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
