Title: Document Control and Sensory Assistant

Controls all PDD documents and provides assistance and support to sensory-related activities
- Maintains, registers, and secures controlled documents in accordance with company policies and document control procedures.
- Monitors document validity and revision status and coordinate with document owners to ensure timely review, update, renewal or archiving.
- Conducts periodic retrieval, classification, archiving and disposal of inactive, obsolete or superseded documents while ensuring compliance with record retention requirements.
- Manages expenses and administrative requirements related to sensory evaluations and third-party laboratory testing.
- Maintains inventory and ensures the continuous availability of sensory testing materials, samples, tokens, and other required supplies.
- Coordinates sensory testing schedules, venues, and logistics, including communication with internal stakeholders and external venue representatives.
- Attends and provides on-site support during sensory activities to ensure smooth execution and compliance with approved test plans.
- Ensures sensory evaluations are conducted according to established protocols, procedures, and schedules.
- Maintains accurate records and documentation of sensory activities, results, and related transactions.
- Conducts periodic audits of sensory testing processes and records to verify compliance with company standards and identify opportunities for improvements.
Education
- College graduate with degree in BS Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Business Administration, Office Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other related courses.
B. Working Experience
- At least 1-2 years experience in document control, administrative support, sensory evaluation, quality assurance, research & development, or related functions.
- Experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment is an advantage.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good data entry, documentation, and filing skills
