We currently require an Experienced Document Controller to work supporting the Livingston business. This is a varied role that requires strong administration skills as well as having the ability to communicate across all levels.

Ideally you will have worked within the construction industry and experience of working in a busy administrator role. We are looking for highly enthusiastic and motivated individuals who can adapt to new procedures and enjoy working in a

team environment

.

Key

Duties

* Efficiently manage receipt of project information, drawings and correspondence

* Document control for project information / drawings

* Maintain and administer project information and upload on Union Square/Deltek

* Provision of administrative support to site staff including all typing / filing / archiving / photocopying / scanning

* Receiving telephone calls / email enquiries and responding accordingly

* Assist to resolve any basic IT issues within the site and escalating to Group IT department where necessary

* Ensure all reports and forms are correctly presented, completed and/or returned by due date

* Maintain efficient and effective systems and procedures, ensuring all company policies are followed in line with the Management System

* To liaise at all levels, particularly with the client teams. Central point of contact for internal clients/external parties involved in the projects.

* Distribute communications and documents following a set protocol and assist reactively with requests for information.

* Chasing outstanding information from all involved in projects

* Collation and completion of O&M manuals

* Offer an enthusiastic, self-reliant approach to meet job responsibilities and account abilities

Personal Attributes:

* Strong Document Controller skills including being able to effectively organise their workload.

* Experience of Document Controller in a busy environment.

* The ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.

* Good

communication skills

, being able to communicate well both internally and externally with all levels of employees.
