Preparing site folders
Tracking & updating drawings and registers
Document control through various portals, including 4projects
Typing letters and general correspondence
Assisting the Health & Safety manager with administration tasks
Preparing new starter packs
Submitting weekly returns to clients
Deal with client queries
Creating and maintaining work progress trackers
Downloading & distributing client instructions
Collate information and build O & M manuals
