$25.00/hr – $27.00/hr

Our client, a professional services consulting finm in Arlington, VA, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Document Production Coordinator to join their team!

About the Job:

Maintain a large and complex database of tax forms.

Transform received forms from PDFs to interactive forms.

Maintain project workflows and communications with agencies.

Collaborate with agencies on letters of intent.

Ensure process standards are met and maintained while creating documents.

Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

About You:

A bachelor’s degree is required.

2+ years of proven workflow management experience.

Detail-oriented and organized with strong verbal/written communication skills.

Ability to work independently, plan, set priorities, and advance multiple projects simultaneously.

About the Position:

$25/hr-$27hr, while temporary, depending on experience.

$58k-$65k, when converted to permanent.

5 days/week onsite during training, then 1 day/week remote.
