Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately input and maintain data in our computerized systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data.
Responsibilities:
Enter data into computerized systems with speed and accuracy
Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
Review and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
Manage a departmental inbox for compliance driving and mass communication
Address client inquiries and concerns via e-mail and phone
Requirements:
Strong clerical and organizational skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Positive demeanor and a desire to meet goals and targets.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
