The Fairfax Egg Bank (FEB), a subsidiary of the Genetics & IVF Institute, is seeking a full-time Donor Egg Coordinator to play a key role in assisting the Donor Egg Program Manager to screen potential donors and to manage active donors in our Fairfax Egg Bank donor program. Successful candidates should have patience and compassion for donors and recipients, as well as exceptional communication skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.

The FEB Donor Database is one of the largest and most diverse repositories in the world for rigorously screened, FDA compliant frozen egg donors.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviews donor applications including medical and family histories
Conducts donor interviews and screenings
Facilitates donors getting through the screening process
Ensures the successful execution of the donor egg programs at Fairfax Egg Bank’s satellite partner clinics
Leads donor cycle coordination including but not limited to: planning calendars, ordering medications, providing injection lessons, and chart prep
Follows cycles
Conducts weekly meetings with production sites
Other special projects and duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of project management best practices
Knowledge of examination, diagnostic and treatment room procedures related to fertility treatment
Knowledge of FDA and HIPAA compliance
Solid oral and written interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work across cross-functional teams, both in leadership and member roles
Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
Ability to establish rapport and credibility among GIVF management and employees
Ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of infertility experience
Demonstrated experience in Donor Program Coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
Fluency speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish is strongly preferred.
