About the Role

We are looking for a highly reliable, professional, and trustworthy individual to join our team as a Driver cum Personal Assistant.

This is a hybrid role that combines professional driving responsibilities with administrative, business support, and personal assistant duties. While driving assignments may vary from day to day, the successful candidate will play an important role in supporting management with office administration, coordination, scheduling, and other business-related tasks.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, is highly organized, computer literate, and comfortable working closely with senior management in a fast-paced business environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesDriving & Transportation

  • Provide safe, professional, and punctual transportation for senior management.
  • Manage daily pick-up and drop-off requirements, primarily between Kajang and Bandar Utama.
  • Drive to meetings, client visits, business events, and corporate functions.
  • Be available for occasional evening meetings, client dinners, and overtime assignments.
  • Support outstation travel when required, including travel with short notice.
  • Ensure assigned vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy at all times.

Administrative & Business Support

  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks during office hours.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Support sales, marketing, and business development activities when required.
  • Maintain records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Handle ad-hoc personal assistant and executive support duties.

Requirements

  • Preferably based in Kajang, Bangi, Semenyih, Cheras, Balakong, or nearby areas.
  • Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a driver, administrative assistant, personal assistant, sales support executive, or similar role.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online productivity tools.
  • Well-groomed, professionally presented, and customer-service oriented.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with good time management abilities.
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Flexible with working hours and willing to work overtime when required.
